I got a nextbike invoice that is too high, what can I do?

Please check the invoice that was sent to you by e-mail to your e-mail address in the app for the corresponding rental. Your rental may not have been terminated correctly and therefore you have received an increased invoice, please contact us via our contact form and provide us with details of the rental and the reason for the delayed termination of the rental. We apologize for any inconvenience.
